I began 2009 with the National Tour of SPRING AWAKENING and the above photo is a rehearsal with the lovely Krystina Alabado with Marques Walls, our amazing drummer, in the background.  In August, I did a reading of RACHEL CALOF, a one woman play with original music adapted by Ken LaZebnik and composed by Leslie Steinweiss.  In September, I did a featured role as secretary to Seth Rogen in THE GREEN HORNET directed by Michel Gondry.  In October I played a grieving mother on Wisteria Lane in an episode of DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES and in November I was Delores Bromsted, the grumpy human resources administrator, in the holiday episode of N.C.I.S.  To round out the year, in December I was honored to be cast in AMISH GRACE a Lifetime film based on the book by the same title.  The film chronicles the amazing acts of love and forgiveness that followed the horrific shooting of Amish schoolchildren at Nickels Mines several years ago.  It was a powerful experience and an incredible way to end my work year in 2009.
